• To text or call and introduce myself to My Sista assigned to me by the Leaders of "I Am" My Sistas Keeper 
• To call My Sista at least once each calendar month
• To pray for My Sista and encourage her
• To keep conversations with My Sista confidential. If need be, only share with the Leads of "I Am" My Sistas Keeper.
• To pray monthly for the "I Am" My Sistas Keeper and its leaders
• To the best of my ability, participate and support IAMSK events.
• To the best of my ability, call in monthly on 2nd Thursdays to the IAMSK prayer line. Phone #605-313-5620 / Access #5686459
